"Take my RISPERIDONE, or I will discharge you!"
Dr. Fore wrote that 8/23/2007 letter to MS Whitaker after dismissing Dr. Biber's medical malpractice when Dr. Fore opined about Biber taking away Veterans' right to refuse medication or treatment the Veteran feels she/he does not need, "That is ancient history."
President Obama believed Department of Veterans' Affairs Employees instead of the truth from a Veteran.
When reporting the TEGRETOL medical malpractice of Dr. Melvin Hess, MD, at the 1990 Hines Veterans' Hospital, the 1995 VA Inspector General employee at her Washingtom, D.C. desk told me, "Outside the scope of our investigation!"
After turning age 62 in 2009, I went to the Social Security Office a few blocks south of my address in a Chicago Seniors' Building. I was told that I need not spend my Medicare dollars unless I wanted or needed a psychiatrist. That proves the 1990 TEGRETOL from Dr. Hess and the RISPERIDONE ordered by Dr. Biber was character assassination and not junk my brain needed to make me more acceptable to those around Veteran Byanski -- B52-46-07 !!!
