St. Leo Sanctuary for Homeless Veterans, Drunks and Drug Users

My unit was on the third floor. The fourth floor was the top floor. My brag is, "I could indicate every apartment on all 4 floors in 10 minutes with a Chicago Police Force Drug sniffing dog." Catholic Charities would try to use their lawyer to stop me.

After Indianapolis K-9 Officer Ezell came back home from 3 months of training over a Christmas Holiday and a German-trained German Shepherd, the US Supreme Court adjudicated, "The Public air outside Public Lockers in Public is Public Property the drug dog can use to convict drug users with dope in their school lockers."
